Returns
- Eligibility Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Customer’s Responsibility
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process

Inspection of Returned Item: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

Processing Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
